FlexiSailing organise des événements de team building et des incentives à bord de voiliers de régate et de croisière. Dans ce concept participatif, votre équipe apprend à manœuvrer le bateau après une courte initiation. Grâce au travail d’équipe et à la répartition des rôles à bord, votre équipage devient autonome dans la navigation, guidé par nos skippers professionnels qui vous enseignent les compétences essentielles de la voile.

Aucune expérience en voile n’est requise!
La plupart de nos participants découvrent la voile pour la première fois lors de nos activités. Nous organisons des incentives de voile en Belgique, en France, aux Pays-Bas et en Espagne pour des groupes de 4 à 600 participants.Des activités supplémentaires sont proposées pour ceux qui préfèrent rester à terre.
