Team Buildings on Sailing Boats
Take control of your sailboat with your team!
FlexiSailing organizes team-building events and incentives on regatta and cruising boats. In this participative concept, your team learns to steer the boat after a short initiation. Through teamwork and task distribution on board, your crew becomes self-sufficient in handling the sailing boat, guided by our professional skippers who teach you the essential skills of sailing.

No sailing experience is required!
Most of our guests discover sailing for the first time during our activities. We organize sailing incentives in Belgium, France, the Netherlands, and Spain for groups ranging from 4 to 600 participants. Additional activities are available for those who prefer to stay on land.

Light conditions in the morning for a training on our competition sailing boats. The five racing yachts made of carbon are light enough to move even in light winds. After a sandwich lunch onboard, the wind comes up and boats heel much more for a fantastic regatta. End of the day on the beach for a sunny barbecue in collaboration with People First Management.
